Tommie Vaughn adapted her love of the stage, to the love of the page.
 
As lead Singer and Songwriter for the alternative rock band Wall of Tom, she has released four albums and counting, playing a countless number of shows for the masses, and releasing art pop music videos on her own direction- lets just say Tommie is a true artist in every way.
 
Tommie created This Rock in My Heart and This Roll in My Soul, Book One and Two in a three part fictional series, based loosely on her experiences in the LA music scene, and released the final book titled This Rock 'N' Roll Dream on May 19, 2020. Tommie and her band Wall of Tom, released a new single "Drive Through Fire" produced and mixed by the Grammy winning rock producer Toby Wright, along with a scorching new music video at the same time as her novel release. During the Pandemic, Tommie turned her focus inward, to her two children, helping them to create their own band, The Neweys, release two original songs and direct the kids music videos. She is one busy gal.
 
After fifteen years of living life in the fast lane of Los Angeles, Tommie escaped the pavement and headed for the sand. She now resides in sunny Santa Barbara, California with her guitarist/husband and their two rock ’n' roll kids. Tommie's musings have been seen in many online and print publications, as a guest columnist for the Santa Barbara Sentinel and the Montecito Journal.
Tommie has a true artist heart and spirit, enjoying other mediums like photography, painting and interior design. She is known to flash her megawatt smile often and not so secretly dreams of becoming the next Partridge Family.
